About Me

I am a Level 2 member of the Australian Counselling Association. I have a BA (Counselling Specialisation) from Avondale University (2022), and am studying sandplay and body focused therapy.

My life and counselling experience continue to grow my love for supporting people as they process difficult things, particularly early and complex trauma. My Christian faith is central to my life and work; I find that spirituality is very often core to the story a person brings.

Cooranbong, NSW, has been my home for the last 27 years. Fun fact: I am that lady who may be seen daily riding a bike in farmer gear to go feed the pet goat. I'm in his shed in the photo. A friend suggested that, just like riding a bike in gumboots, the therapy journey is not easy, but it can be done. I like that.

About Sessions and Fees

1-hour sessions. Monday and Thursday commencing 15 January 2024.

Online or in-person in Wyong. 

$50 - $100 per session, depending on your circumstances.
